To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department if he will list for each civil service grade in his Department(a) the total number of persons employed and (b) the total number of women employed.

Details of the numbers of staff employed in each civil service grade are set out in the table. In column two of the table the total number of staff employed in each grade appears; column three shows the total number of women in each grade.
