To ask the Attorney-General if he will make a statement on the latest position regarding legal proceedings against Asil Nadir.

The Attorney-General

Mr. Asil Nadir remains in northern Cyprus with which the United Kingdom does not have extradition arrangements. There is a warrant for his arrest should he return. Interpol has been notified.
