To ask the Secretary of State for Health when the inquiry by South and North East Thames regional health authorities into the death of Jonathan Zito is likely to be completed; and if its report will be published.

I understand the chairmen of the North East and South East Thames regional health authorities expect to receive the report of the inquiry chaired by Jean Ritchie QC in February. The report will be published.
