Mr. Wallace

To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security (1) in how many applications for vaccine compensation the reason has been given that there is insufficient documentary evidence;

(2) if he will list the number of cases in which applications for vaccine compensation have been rejected; and if he will provide the reasons why applications have been rejected in each case;

(3) in how many cases involving applications for vaccine compensation medical examinations have been carried out.
