§ Mr. SackvilleThe Scarborough health authority recorded a deficit of £924,000 in 1990–91 and a surplus of £29,512 in 1991–92 on hospital community health services revenue spending. The figure for 1990–91 is not comparable with the figures for 1991–92 because of the introduction of capital charges and changes to accounting policies following the introduction of the internal market. Scarborough and North East Yorkshire health trust recorded a deficit of £528,000 in 1992–93.
