§ Mr. JackI have given very careful consideration to the proposals put forward by the National Federation of Fishermen's Organisations but I shall not make a statement until the High Court has delivered its judgment in the federation's judicial review proceeding. The changes to fisheries policy covered the NFFO document "Conservation: An Alternative Approach" would not require the suspension of the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1993.
