§ Mr. BaldryThere are no additional resources for City Pride. Central and local government as well as the private sector will continue to spend large sums of money in London, Birmingham and Manchester. City Pride is about making the most of this investment, building on the vision and strengths of the partnership which exist there and providing a lasting foundation for growth. The Department has already constructive discussions with the three cities about taking forward this new initiative.
