§ Sir Wyn RobertsThis is a Clwyd county council scheme. The council has made a side roads order for the scheme and submitted it to my right hon. Friend for confirmation. The objection period expires on 26 November after which date a decision will be taken on whether an inquiry is necessary. I have no details on the cost of this scheme.
