To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will make a statement on the circumstances in which drugs are used to sedate people who are being forcibly deported.

Drugs are not used to sedate people who are being deported. Any medication required by the deportee would be administered by a medically qualified person with the deportee's consent.
