§ Mr. BaldryThe London residuary body has sold the riverside building of county hall to the Shirayama Corporation of Japan. The amount of the consideration is a matter of commercial confidentiality. My right hon. Friend is about to lay before Parliament an order authorising the residuary body to distribute to the London boroughs and to the City of London certain moneys which will include the proceeds of the sale of the riverside building.
