§ Mr. NorrisI hope that representatives of the taxi and private hire vehicle industry in Birmingham, and throughout England and Wales, will study the consultation paper carefully, and let me have their views by 1 March. I and my officials will be happy to meet industry representatives if that would be helpful, subject to diary commitments.
