§ Dr. WrightTo ask the Secretary of State for Scotland whether the local enterprise companies, or their members are subject to(a) investigation by the Parliamentary Commissioner, (b) scrutiny by the Audit Commission or the National Audit Office, (c) the statutory provisions for local government which apply to local authorities, (d) performance indicators and (e) monitoring officers with statutory duties for probity and finance.
