§ Mr. BaldryThe technical work on the review of local authority standard spending assessments (SSAs), including the area cost adjustment, has been cmpleted and discussed with the local authority associations. Proposed SSAs for 1994–95 will be announced later this year at the same time as the provisional revenue support grant settlement.
