To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) how many hospitals in Scotland have their own waste incinerators;

(2) what plans he has to allow NHS hospitals to incinerate commercial waste;

(3) whether NHS trust hospitals which have incinerators will be allowed to burn commercial waste; and if he will make a statement.
