To ask the Prime Minister what is meant by the full use of EMU as set out in the presidency conclusions.

§ The Prime Minister
The presidency conclusions of the European Council on 29 October recorded all member420W states' commitment to the full implementation of the second stage of economic and monetary union. In addition to the establishment of the European Monetary Institute, this will mean strengthened co-operation between member states on their economic and monetary policies to facilitate economic convergence.
