(2) what consultations he has had about the effect of the ruling by the European Court of Justice in Ponente Corni and Others v Administrazione dello Finanzo Dello Stato and others ref. C-71/91 and C-179/81, on charging a registration fee to companies in excess of the actual cost of procedure; what representations he has had on this matter; and if he will make a statement.
