§ Mr. AitkenEarly retirees may be re-engaged to carry out essential work which cannot otherwise be continued or completed. They may also be taken on as consultants to undertake work for which no expertise exists, or can be made available, from within the Department. There are no proposals to impose conditions to prevent such employment.
