Mr. Dewar

To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security if he will estimate the effect on revenues in 1993–94 and 1994–95 of increasing the taper for the withdrawal of council tax benefit to(a) 25 per cent., (b) 30 per cent. and (c) 35 per cent.
