§ Mr. Michael J. MartinThe Administration Committee has responsibility for the regulation of all-party and parliamentary groups; and, as its Chairman, I have been asked to reply. The Committee would be prepared to consider any proposal for the improvement of the regime for their control. If my hon. Friend has any such suggestion, he should submit it in writing.
