§ Mr. Gwilym JonesI have received one letter on this subject from the chairman of the area criminal justice52W liaison committee for the three counties of Glamorgan and Gwent to which I replied on 2 September. I am anxious for the planned 18- place secure unit at Neath to be built as soon as possible, and I next look forward to receiving a grant application in respect of the capital costs for this project from West Glamorgan county council.
