1 Application for NHS Trust status from April 1992: Coopers and Lybrand Deloitte; cost £5,698.14 Applications for NHS Trust status from April 1993: KPMG Management Consulting: cost £70,500.12 Applications for NHS Trust status from April 1994: CSL Group; cost £25,318.The management consultants were engaged, via a tendering process, to provide independent advice on the risk/financial management aspects of the applications.
In February 1993, KPMG Management Consulting undertook a development need study on the designate chief executives and directors of finance in the units/ambulance services invited to apply for 1994 trust status. The cost was £35,250.
