§ Mr. NelsonSubject to parliamentary approval of the necessary supplementary estimate, the cash limit for class XVII, vote 14 will be increased by £850,000 from £42,701,000 to £43,551,000 and the running costs limit by £317,000 to £42,211,000. These increases reflect the take up of both running costs and capital end year flexibility entitlements, and a transfer from Cabinet Office: Other Services (£155,000), class XIX, vote 1. The increase will be charged to the Reserve and will not therefore add to the planned total of public expenditure.
