§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonHer Majesty's inspectors' duties, responsibilities and rights of inspection in further education continue as before. Their main additional duty will be, in co-operation with the relevant administrative division, to advise my right hon. Friend on the corporate plans submitted by the FE colleges.
