§ Mr. Charles WardleThe Government have drawn the attention of those planning the new Immigration Appeals Advisory Service and of the Law Society to the recommendation of the Home Affairs Committee that a register of responsible agencies should be established. Should such a list be drawn up, we would be ready to consider making it available to applicants. We have no plans ourselves to draw up a register, or otherwise to regulate advisory services of this kind.
