§ Mr. NorrisWe are continuing our efforts to resolve the matter. In our view, Cenargo is entitled to operate this service under European Community legislation on shipping liberalisation. We welcome the fact that the Spanish Government have conceded that there is no legal obstacle to Cenargo operating such a service.
