§ Mr. NeedhamSome 6,000 copies of the code of practice on export control compliance have been distributed to date. They have been sent to companies exporting controlled goods, and to trade associations, chambers of commerce and other trade bodies. The Export Control Organisation consulted a wide range of companies and trade organisations in preparing the code which reflects the best practice found in operation.
