§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonRepresentations were submitted on behalf of Mr. Raymond Gilmour on 8 January and 12 March this year concerning his conviction270W for murder at Glasgow High Court on 7 June 1982. Detailed inquiries are being made into the matters raised by these petitions. The hon. Member will be informed as soon as a decision has been reached in his constituent's case.
