§ Mr. Archie HamiltonI have seen one letter from a former officer who served in the Falklands during the conflict in 1982. I have also received reports from within the Department on the allegations of possible war crimes.
The allegations are currently being investigated by the Metropolitan police who have the full co-operation of my Department. During the course of their investigations, the Metropolitan police continue to have access to all relevant departmental and regimental files.
