In Scotland we have adopted alternative arrangements to facilitate the transfer of resources from health boards to local authorities to reflect the shift in the balance or responsibilities that is 274W which includes a breakdown of sub-contractors and work force engaged on the contract. The proportion of local sub-contractors and labour can be determined from the details given.
