§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonThe capital debt associated with the houses, buildings and land to which Renfrew district council's housing revenue account applies is estimated at 128.3 million on 1 April 1993. The council has budgeted for expenditure of some £1.8 million on the redemption of debt in 1993–94, which represents 4.6 per cent. of estimated total housing revenue account expenditure. Individual sources of revenue income to the council are not allocated to particular items of housing expenditure.
