§ Mr. MacleanThe meeting in Aarhus, at which I represented the United Kingdom, was an informal Council. Ministers discussed three topics proposed by the Danish presidency: transport and the environment, the review of the structural funds regulations, and employment and the environment. No formal conclusions were adopted nor decisions taken.
