§ Baroness Chalker of WallaseyThe following dependent territories have three mile territoral seas; Anguilla, British Antarctic Territory, British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Montserrat, Pitcairn Islands. There are no immediate plans to extend the territorial seas of these dependent territories to 12 miles.
