§ Mr. BrookeResponsibility for the administration of the television licensing system, including the concessionary licence scheme, rests with the BBC. The existing application form for concessionary licences already provides for the managers of residential homes to make a single application covering all the residents. Each unit of accommodation in eligible homes requires a concessionary licence. We have no plans to amend the regulations on this, or any other, aspect of the concessionary scheme.
