§ Mr. BaldryThe centre's key performance measure is the net balance on its trading account. The target for 1993–94 is a trading deficit of £0.866 million.
The centre also has a projected overall room occupancy target of 49 per cent., a room hire revenue target of £3.584 million and a revenue: cost ratio target of 1:1.17. The centre will be expected to meet or better all of these projections.
