§ Mr. Peter LloydThe grant allocation proposed by the Home Office to local authorities is intended to be a contribution to the costs involved in meeting their responsibilities under the Civil Defence Regulations. It will be for each authority to decide upon the actual level of expenditure needed to meet all of its obligations.
