§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe information requested is a matter of public record available through the facility of the House Library. During the period 9 November 1991 to 7 May 1993 the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, including the Overseas Development Administration, replied to 4,374 questions. A substantive answer was not provided to 23 of these questions wholly or partly on the ground of disproportionate cost.
