To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what information resulting from recent inspections of Iraq by the International Atomic Energy Agency and the United Nations has been provided to the Scott inquiry; and if he will make a statement.

It would be inappropriate for me to comment in detail on the nature of information provided to Lord Justice Scott's inquiry, which is a matter between the inquiry and the Government Departments concerned.

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to his answer of 26 March,Official Report, column 759, if he will publish a list of all the documents relating to the Scott inquiry that have been destroyed; and if he will make a statement.
