§ Mr. WigleyTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will make a statement about the operation of and future of consultancy services provided under the enterprise initiative in Wales.
§ Mr. David HuntThe consultancy services available under the enterprise initiative are provided by my right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade and delivered in Wales on his behalf by the Welsh Development Agency. On 10 March, my right hon. Friend announced that the scheme will continue until 31 March 1994 with reduced rates of subsidy, thus allowing development of a new and more flexible package of support services within the available resources.
