§ Mr. HanleyIn his capacity as health Minister, my noble Friend Lord Arran visited Craigavon area hospital on 11 May 1992 and 20 April 1993, and Banvale social education centre on 17 February 1993. In his capacity as Minister for agriculture, he visited the constituency of Upper Bann on 12 May 1992, 23 July 1992, 27 August 1992 and 24 February 1993. The hon. Member was notified on each occasion except 27 August 1992.
