Whether they will give the total estimated cost of the Falklands War indicating in which financial years the cost was incurred.

The estimated cost of the Falklands campaign was some £1.8bn at outturn prices. Cost fell in the financial years indicated in the table below. The figures include the cost of replacing, where appropriate, equipments and stores lost or consumed during the campaign but do not include costs which would have been met had the campaign not taken place, such as pay.
