§ Mr. SainsburyDuring the 1992–93 financial year the Department of Trade and Industry spent £190,000 on advertisements in Europe promoting inward investment into the United Kingdom. In Germany advertisements were placed inHadelsblatt, Top Business and Wirtschaftswoche, together with chamber of commerce magazines in Freiburg, Stuttgart, Mannheim, Karlsruhe and Reutlingen, while in Switzerland advertisements appeared in Bilanz, Basler Zeitung and Neue Zuercher Zeitung. The 1993–94 campaign has yet to be commissioned.
