§ Mr. AtkinsThe application was received on 13 February 1992. Neighbour notification notices were issued on 18 February 1992 and the Department's records show that a notice was sent to "The Occupier of No. 3 Beverley Court". The application was presented to Ards borough council at its meeting of 22 June 1992 with an opinion to approve. The council agreed with this opinion and approval issued on 19 July 1992; the divisional planning office has no record of when work started. Mr. Groves' letter of 24 February 1993 was received by the divisional planning office on 26 February 1993. The matters raised required a site survey and a reply was issued on 6 May 1993.
