Mr. Cousins

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will publish a table based on the 1992 reported crime figures showing the total number of crimes reported in each police authority area in 1992, and also showing these figures as a rate per 1,000 population in those areas and as a rate per uniformed officer in those areas.
