§ Mr. Tipping
To ask the President of the Board of Trade when he intends to publish his first annual energy report as outlined in "The Prospects for Coal."

§ Mr. Eggar
The first report will be published as soon as possible after the end of the year.

§ Mr. Tipping
To ask the President of the Board of Trade when the energy advisory panel of independent experts as outlined in "The Prospects for Coal" will meet; if he will name the members of the panel and outline the panel's terms of reference; and if he will make a statement.

§ Mr. Eggar
I shall make an announcement in due course.
