Mr. Ainger

To ask the Secretary of State for Health how many pharmacies dispensed less than(a) 1,000 prescriptions per month and (b) 2,000 prescriptions per month in each of the family health services authority areas in England and Wales in the latest period for which figures are available; and how many of these were classified as essential pharmacies.
