§ Mr. MichaelTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will publish a table showing(a) the total number of recorded crimes in 1992, (b) the number of crimes committed in each category in England and Wales for each quarter of 1992 and (c) the percentage increase that each figure represents over the equivalent quarter in 1991.
