These figures exclude people seconded into the Department, which includes a number of experienced accountants and national health service managers. We do not collate centrally information on the numbers of staff who have post-graduate qualifications in management, but all members of staff in these grades attend in-house and external management courses, some of which lead to formal qualifications.
