§ Mr. GarrettTo ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will publish the numbers and percentages of his staff in grades one to five who each have(a) arts degrees, (b) science degrees, (c) technical degrees, (d) who are qualified accountants, (e) have post-graduate qualifications in management and (f) who were educated in (i) local authority and (ii) private schools.
