§ Mr. Lennox-Boyd[holding answer 30 April 1993]: The return to civil war in Angola has made it very difficult to assess need and deliver aid to the civilian population of Angola. We have provided some humanitarian relief already and are keen to do more where we are confident that it will reach its intended beneficiaries. We are monitoring the situation closely with international agencies and non-governmental organisations.
