§ Mr. SackvilleThere are no immediate plans to make such regulations. Any complaint that a hospital has not complied with the Act can be dealt with under the existing hospital complaints procedures. In all cases, complaints can be taken direct to the courts. We will, however, continue to keep the need for regulations under review.
